SPECIFICATIONS

Basic Unit

Structural aluminum in high resistance quality 6061-T6 in gage of 3/8'' and cross members of 5/16''

Chassis

Manufactured in high resistance 1/4" carbon steel plate.

Kingpin Plate

Fabricated in AH-50 with a thickness of 3/8'' and Holland King Pin 2''

Paint

Epoxy background and finishing in polyurethane gray metallic color base applied in the chassis area

Interior painting with Tnemec epoxy primer or equivalent.

Ladder

Lateral ladder installed on the pilot side, constructed in high resistance aluminum and aisle throughout the tank

Fenders

Aluminum fenders installed in the front side and tray type on the back side

(3) Three 3/4 baffles, fabricated in aluminum of  1/4'' and man way of 20'' of diameter

Manhole

Three domes of 6 butterfly valves with a diameter of 20'' installed on the top part, one more on back head and dome for secondary scrubber with an eyehole in front and rear

Two valves to charge and discharge, butterfly type of 4'' installed on the back part and vacuum relief valve installed on the top part
